About Ami

Ami is the daughter of the history teacher that hosts the feild trip to Egypt. That's pretty much the only reason she is allowed to go along on a high school feild trip. Ami is Sasaki's friend and becomes so because Sasaki had often asked her mother about Egypt and Ami had been there. Her school was very close to the high school so she just walked to her mother's classroom and waited until she was ready to leave. Sasaki had been in her mother's room frequently, so they became friends. Pretty much Ami just goes along with what Sasaki says. She's pretty excited by the fact that they get taken back in time to Ancient Egypt.
Well, Ami has older twin siblings. One a sister, the other a brother. She's the baby in the family. Her mother is the history teacher, as I've said before, and her father ran off on them. Nice guy.
In all honesty, Ami doesn't play that big of a part in the story. She doesn't get killed. That would just be too cruel. So she's there in Ancient Egypt pretty much just enjoying herself and the fact that she has magic.
